After many years in private practice at large national and international firms, Arya Towfighi spent extensive time as in-house counsel at large and mid-size companies, proving to be a valuable legal executive, adviser, and business partner, helping business leaders and board members navigate the treacherous waters associated with operating a business in today's highly regulated and litigious environment. He is now back in private practice to help you make sure you do not navigate these waters alone without the expert advice you need.
